Well, made it through the long weekend without gaining anything. Didn’t lose anything either. Now to stay on track the rest of the week. Hoping for a couple of lbs by this time next week

Ten days into my journey and I’m 5 pounds down. At this rate I would hit 175 in about a couple of months, but I know as I get closer it’s gets harder. Starting a mini vacation so I must stay focused on not over eating. I can do this.
