Slow gains

34 days into losing weight and 7.4 pounds lighter. That’s an average of about 1.5 lbs per week.

Not as fast as I would have hoped, but at least it’s progress. My goal is 2 lbs per week.

I’m not discouraged though, Keeping it up. Hopefully by this time next week I’ll be under 200. That’s my first mini goal.
