Took a few days off, and admittedly didn’t eat right, but I was hoping not to gain any but I gained 2.4 lbs. Not good, but I’m not going to let it discourage me. Just jump back in this week.

Back to counting my calories and eating smaller lunches. I only went to the gym once last week, so it’s back to three times this week. Hoping I can get back to that 5 lb loss by Saturday, maybe even take another pound or two with it.

I also didn’t get many steps in last week. Going back to my every 20 minute stroll through the offices. That, plus my normal walking gets me around 1,000 steps an hour. Plus it gets me away from my desk every once in a while.
