I thought it was crazy to start a diet on a weekend. Normally one would blow it out Saturday and Sunday before starting on Monday. Don’t know if was a fluke but I lost over two pounds those days.
I feel that I did pretty good. Probably went over my 1500 calorie limit on Saturday but stayed below it on Sunday.
Meals have been planned for supper, I just need to make sure I stay focused for lunch. I’m not going to get into my old routine of deciding what I’m going to eat at the last minute, I need to plan.
Jimmy John’s today. #4 “Turkey Tom”. Only 510 calories and a chef salad for supper. That, along with my cereal for breakfast and yogurt for mid day snack puts me at 1,322 calories.
